About the Role:
Join the vibrant team at Baron Art Tattoo Studio as a Receptionist! In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operations in our creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Perform basic studio cleaning and maintenance.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist tattoo artists with administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Promote studio services and products to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of tattoo culture is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
